New secretary is much better than old one, good references. very good treatment

We have been following up with her for a completion of a form that is needed by CLSC for over a month now. Her secretary is absolutely rude and negligence. This is a matter of her patient's security as well as his well being. Very disappointed with this doctor's and her clinic's performance.
Looking into filing a complaint to college des medecins du Quebec.

Absolutely horrible, she treats patients like animals, she will only put minimal effort for people who do Botox and make her money, I am filing an official complaint against her

I believe the only reason she has her clinic is for cosmetic procedures. She doesn’t care about her patients. All she cares is you buy medications from Pharmacy beside and Botox. She never call on time or day of your appointments.

This so called doctor does not care about her patients at all. First you can't make a normal appointment with her like other doctors. Her secretary tells you she will call you during the day without any time limit !!!! Then she this doctor will call you the day after your appointment or even two days laterlike every thing is normal and no apologizes!!!. This happens when the society treats doctors like spoiled brats or kings or queens so they feel so entitled. Believe some doctors are worse than lawyers. This Hejazi Doctor it seems had only studied for money and not for helping sick people and unfortunately she's not the only one. So you can be sure I will change
her and I don't wish her for my worst enemies as a doctor.

You can’t book any appointments with her unless you need Botox. Her staff are not responsible, and they never answer the phone. I always have to call minimum 1-2 weeks everyday to be able to get what I want. She’s always behind her schedule and never sees you or call you on time.

She is very knowledgeable and accessible always following up scheduled and she is listening to find the solutions, if needs a specialist she refer and introduce to the client

She does't do follow ups . It`s been 2 years I want to make an appointement for my father but it's always the answering machine. I left so many messages asking to talk to her but no chance. So my father has to suffer with his pain. My frather has so many conditions and needs tests and follow ups ! she doesn't care and instead she works for esthetic clinic as well to make money. She cancelled one phone appointment and last one in person. Secretary never called me back to reshedule.
