I had an appointment with Dr. Franck to discuss Mohs surgery on my nose, i had three cancer's, 2 Basal Cell and 1 Squamous cell.When she came in to the examining room I found her to be very abrupt and rude.She excised 2 and then sent me over to a plastic surgeon. I now have a lump on my nose from where the surgeon grafted skin from in front of my ear and the second cancer surgery she just left it open, no stitches, now I have a round discolored indentation that has to be covered with makeup every day.I called her office to have my records sent to another Dr. I am very pleased with the new Dr. that performed the surgery.She operated to remove the cancer. I had five stitches. When I look in the mirror I can't even see a scar.I'm so glad that I left Dr. Franck's practice.
