Personal experience with her was very poor. Specialized doctors are in demand & they know it well. This made lots of doctors lack any compassion for ordinary patients' sufferings. She is one of them, who has no patience and compassion.

No one answers the phone, and its impossible to get a message returned. Once in the office with Dr. Kaiway - she is amazing, thorough and considerate. Very knowledgeable and explains things at the level you're comfortable with.

I was referred to Dr Kaiway by my neurosurgeon for further testing prior to surgery. She listened, was thorough and explained everything she was doing and why. She is kind and compassionate.

I’ve had the good fortune of being referred to Dr. Kaiway after seeing a variety of doctors including physiatrists, osteopaths, and other neurologists. She ordered tests that confirmed I was suffering from a rare condition called Transverse Myelitis. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and interested.

I feel incredibly lucky to be under her care!

Dr Sarah Kaiway is a credit to her profession and I came away feeling very impressed with the care I received.
She was extremely thorough with her assesment and asked appropriate questions. I never felt rushed out of the door.
She seems to have a very kind and caring soul, with a lot of patient focus and getting to the route cause of the problem.
