Dr. Loumbardias has done a lot of dental work, which I needed, repaired most teeth. She suggested a bridge upper and ordered it. When the bridge arrival, Dr. Loumbardias proceeded to affix it in my mouth. Then she discovered a root canal which had to be repaired before the bridge could be put in. One put in I was very, very disappointed with the appearance of the bridge. All the front teeth were all the same length, no definition between teeth. The teeth were also too large and larger than my original teeth. The worst thing was that I HAD NO BITE on the bridge. There were no cutting edge on the upper teeth and I could not bite into anything such as a apple or bread. Dr. Loumbardias refused to either look into my mouth or feel how the bridge slid down to the bottom of the teeth. I asked her to put her finger in my mouth in order for her to understand what I was talking about. She did not. She told me that I had protruding teeth (no worse tha a lot of other people) and my teeth were a mess which she rectified. She fought me all the way and would not accept that I had trouble eating with this bridge, which costs thousands of dollars and I am a senior on basic pension. Extremely annoyed at her reaction to a problem. She got defensive and said she could do nothing. I am seeking a second opinion. If there is a problem with the bridge, I will complain to the College.

Dr. Lombardias is a conscientious professional who listens to her clients. I presented with concerns about a lesion on the roof of my mouth which another dental office dismissed for a year, and she identified a severe infection that required a root canal at an endodontist. She and her staff are so amazing, I can't say enough about them. This office is clean, up-to-date, and you are paying for excellent care, not fancy furniture!

I am a recent patient of Dr. Loumbardias. Went in for a cleaning after many years of neglect. Sula explained and showed me x-rays of how badly my root system is. She recommended a procedure, though expensive, would cure my dental problems. Sula is quick, professional, humourous, and fun. She checks every minute if you are okay. Her office is the best dental office I have ever been in. The staff are well-trained, very friendly, and caring. I will never go to another dentist. She's it.

She was very bad I had a root canal scheduled and she didn't put me asleep when I showed up she told me to suck it up and deal with the needle in my mouth even tho I had a bad experience with needles she told my doctor that is would do it than didn't! Best part she told me I had it all twisted in my head and got it wrong even tho I was right beside my doctor. She is very RUDE when dealing with with certain clients and her staff including myself myself when I'm getting my teeth done.

We started taking my aging mother to Dr. Loumbardias when the trip to her previous dentist became too difficult. Dr. L. made her feel at ease and provided excellent care. She is careful to explain procedures and to check in frequently as she goes. She is happy to explain all treatment options, from bare bones to Rolls Royce , and to help you get the best value in your budget. Her attention to detail and old school techniques make for top notch appliances. I have recommended her to others and had equally good feedback.

While she seems friendly and kind initially, I quickly learned that she is a terrible dentist. First of all she wouldn't listen to me when I repeatedly told her I wasn't frozen... she told me I was frozen and I assured her I was not. She basically system to me it was all I my head until I refused to let her drill and she dis a cold test which proved I was indeed NOT frozen. Then she was giving me a root canal and yaking to her assistant the whole time laughing hysterically about TV shows etc. It was very unprofessional. She spilled the antibacterial solution down my throat that was meant to go I to the hollow roots. The burned and I nearly threw up. She claimed it was nothing going she had done and I must be mistaken. Worst dentist ever.

I have been seeing Dr Loumbardias since she moved to Victoria with the exception of 4 yrs when we moved out of province. Her work is outstanding and her way with patients is exceptional.

She is not a good dentist because she did too much drilling and polishing. When she did my dental work, she kept on talking and singing. I would not recommend her to anyone I know.

I have been using this dental clinic for several years now. They have always done their best to make sure I am as comfortable as possible. They are polite, friendly and and know their job well. I always look forward to seeing them and I always leave feeling that I've recieved top level denatl care.
