Excellent manner and very empathetic. I felt heard and understood and left with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Couldn't ask for more than that.

One of the best ID consultants I have met. Very thorough and exceptionally good standard of care. Have been under his care for 3 years and now I am absolutely fine.

Dr Jackson only goes off the Irish testing for Lyme, which is a sham. Well guess what Dr Jackson, I tested positive for Lyme w a lab abroad............will you take me seriously now????????
