Doctors like this cost the province millions of dollars in wasted time for all his patients. After 4years of 10 minute appointments I feel like I am only finally getting somewhere with him after 4 years and than but mistake i found out he was leaving after he never mentioned it himself during my last office visit during the 1st week of May. I would have been without meds I critically need because he only gave me a 2 month refill, unlike every other time when its a 3 month supply minimum and had I would have had no doctor to fill it. I have ongoing issues that are up in the air. I was used to fatten his pocket on my last visit by divulging personal information about myself that brought on heightened PTSD and weeks of nightmares, only to be told its okay they will go away. This was a calculated plan with no regard for his patients. Until our government stops this and forces doctors to remain in a practice for a minimum 10 years we are all gong to be experiencing this more. Hes a pill pusher that says he doesn't prescribe addicting meds but that's only in the sense of pain relief and your comfort but anything else addicting is fair game....

I thought this doctor may turn out to be a good choice but he suddenly blindsided all his patients in a very inconsiderate way. If not for a scheduled appointment today May 10/2018 I may not have known he was leaving and dumping his patient onto doctors they neither knew or agreed to. At appointment I discovered he was leaving May 31. Says letters had just been sent out so patients hadn't yet received them. Thanks for nothing. No explanation no guarantee doctor I have been "passed" to would be able or willing to deal with my ongoing health issues. Very inconsiderate and unproffessional

Dr. Cronin is excellent at making his patients feel comfortable. He's nonjudgmental and realistic, and he seems to genuinely care about making people better physically and mentally.

I’ve always been happy with him. He has a great personality, and it extremely helpful! As for the staff he works with, I can say otherwise. Most of them are terribly rude, but other than that, I’ve had no problems! I would definitely recommend him to everyone.. but as for the people he works with, I sure hope they retire soon!

My first visit to Dr. Chris's office in Toronto was very punctual. I find it very difficult today to be able to find appointments held on time. I like short and professional appointments held on time.

Several times I was told that he is referring me to a specialist or requesting an MRI and after waiting 2 or 3 months for the appointment found that he forgot to send in the request. He always seem to be in a rush. Then had to wait another month or 2 before getting an appointment with the specialist. It is very hard to get an appointment unless you book weeks in advance. The reception staff is not very helpful.

Dr Cronin has been my family Dr for almost 5 years and I am SO HAPPY with him ( and his nurse/staff). I have chronic mental health and other issues that has peeks and valleys. Cr C and his staff are so professional and caring with me ! They look you in the eye when they talk to you and I always feel that they actually care about my health and want me to get better. Sometime your doctor is your only life line to health and happiness and I am so so thankful to have found a doctors office that I feel supported , listened to and helped! When I leave the office i feel better or at least that i have a plan and support of professionals. (and referral if needed) . Doctors like this are something to be appreciated. Thank you Dr Cronin and staff (Pam). Keep up the great work you made a positive effect in my life.
