She’s not very helpful to our situations and quite hard to book her. We changed to another doctor eventually.

Does not care about her patients, does not listen! She fails to follow up on routine care or follow through with treatment plans to monitor known health conditions, and failed to recognize and diagnose an infection which subsequently resulted in emergency hospital care. Pharmacy has to call repeatedly for prescription refills; office does not answer phone or return calls.

Dr. Susan Rawal is an amazing doctor who has been my doctor for about six years and she has possibly saved my life because of her quick Professional Decisions . My issues with my heart last year were taken seriously and I was directed to the proper Heart Clinic to take care of me. I have since moved to another province and will miss her. I have never had a Doctor care so much. She is attentive, responsive and has made follow up calls in the evening (to my mom who is a senior) to see how you are doing.
I don't like the notices they have posted in their waiting area about parking tokens -- message comes across very strong in a bad way. You can send the same message and simply choose nicer words :)

My issue with this doctor is that she really lacks knowledge on psychiatric or emotional problems. In fact anything that takes more than 5 min she is not interested. In and out with zero emotion. I suspect she just wants to get as many patients as she can to make money. I agree with the fake smile comments , you can just see through the lack of genuineness. Sad.

No care for their patients! Doesn't listen to the concerns carefully always talk about you should have told that you need a longer appointment.
She booked for 15 mins and gave me hardy 5 mins also complaining that why i booked short time (I didn't you guys give me that apportionment how the hell i supposed to know it's short)
Very cold person and fake smile, makes you feel like you’re wasting her time, doesn’t listen.
