    Dr Shaw is, in my opinion an extremely attentive and thorough doctor. I have been seeing her for over 5 years and have great trust in her. She listens without being dismissive, I find her cautious to medicate, but always basing her decisions on sound medicine. I never leave without all concerns being addressed. Communication is always clear and concise. I highly recommend Dr Shaw.

    Dr Shaw is extremely helpful and always is there to assist. The front office staff is a little less punctual but they seem to come through in the end.

    Great doctor and office. I was having an issue with a specialist and Dr. Shaw's office cleared it up for me. Dr. Shaw is a wonderful doctor who will answer all your questions no matter how. For the people commenting about codes - there are over 14000 different codes so mistakes can happen

    Like the previous commenter, Dr Shaw used the wrong code and billed me for something that didn't happen (she may have done this because she is a newer doctor trying to prove herself and value to her practice.) Tried talking to billing office, office manager (Laura), supervisors, Dr Shaw, etc. but all were extremely unhelpful to the point of being completely unprofessional (threatening, belittling, rude.) My advice make sure you ask for a quote for them before any service is done. Dr Shaw as a doctor is so/so. I would say go somewhere else not affiliated with MedStar. MedStar is basically like Kieser or a socialized medical practice where patient relationships don't matter just the money. Save yourself some time and take your health and money elsewhere.

    Dr. Shaw is wonderful! Her staff at the front aren't so friendly but Dr. Shaw is always polite friendly and attentive.

    She intentionally used the wrong medical code to over charge me. I contacted her office and her billing office but they didn't do anything. It's sad some drs including dr. Cheryl Shaw take advantage of patients.
