Spend an hour and a half waiting to be rushed in and out in two. Consistently forgot who I was. Explained nothing. Never felt looked after and only received the bare minimum of care.

Medically Dr. Brown has not harmed me or my family, but we have found it very difficult to get any more than the bare minimum with him. Dr. Brown does not explain anything regarding process or procedures, does not satisfactorily answer questions, and is difficult to converse with. He is not thorough. When we pushed for answers and more information we would only get handed a pamphlet or a quick drawing scribbled on the back of a paper and then rushed out. We have had numerous clerical issues regarding referrals and documentation with him and his staff. Perhaps some of these problems are from the office being very busy, but bedside manner is incredibly important and unfortunately Dr. Brown does not have it. Would not recommend for GP/OB.
