My initial visit with Dr Kwan was quite pleasant and the office staff were quite professional and polite. There’s a lot to say about first impressions. My subsequent visit was by far the worst experience I have ever had with the staff and the nurse. Without any kind of sympathy for what pain I maybe induring, I was turned away from the office. Apparently my appointment had been changed without notification to me. I was even willing to wait as the last paitiant in the waiting room for their mistake, but that was just not going to happen. I found the staff to be very rude, unaccomodating and simply not willing to work with me in any way. Simply put, they asked me to leave. Only ever seeing Dr Kwan once, after an outstanding referral, I’m sure I will not be going back to this office, simply to not have to deal with his rude staff. Dr’s in general are getting a bad wrap these days, not because of their abilities or bedside manner, no, its because of their staff. What the Dr doesn’t see behind closed doors is simply shocking. I’m sure Dr Kwan has no idea how his patients are being treated out in the lobby.
