She's very attentive and good, but because she's like that for all the patients there can be a bit of a delay

Jan is an exceptional doctor. I've been seeing her for over 20 years. She listens, and she cares. Jan is very knowledgeable, but if she doesn't know fine detail about something, she'll say so, and research it for you. She does tend to run late, because she gives each patient the time they need. You can ring and check if she's behind schedule. I moved suburb, and it's not super convenient to get to the medical centre, but Jan is so good that I've continued to see her for myself and my kids. The drive is worth it.

Has become more and more disengaged and developed a " wait till it gets worse" and go away for two weeks attitude . Missed a major life threatening condition nearly letting my daughter die happy not to have her as a GP.

Dr Jan is an excellent doctor. She is also very kind and lovely. I am really happy that she looks after my family and is always so good with my kids.
