absolutely the worst experience i have ever had at a doctor. took half day of work, sat in waiting lobby for 15-20 minutes (not a big deal) was taken into exam room, waited for 45 MINUTES!! I fell asleep. Doctor finally came in, 5 MINUTES later I was done. Seriously?? I called my insurance company & told them NOT to pay a dime.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appt & was not seen until 35 minutes after my scheduled time. The nurse took down info about my problem areas . When the doctor came in she spoke to me about my face for a few minutes. When I asked her to look at a spot on my leg she actually said to me that she used the whole appointment talking about my face and that I should have told the nurse. I told her I did tell the nurse so she took a quick look at a spot on my leg. Sorry to bother you to take a 2 more minutes with me after you didn't see my for my 11:10 appt. until 11:50. Then she actually told me that there are only so many minutes for each appointment and she wouldn't have talked so much about my face if she knew I had another concern. I realize you have to wait in a doctor's office that's not my problem. Its the fact that she couldn't take two more minutes with me. Seems like she is more concerned with quantity over quality. Thank you Dr. Carlin for being a rude and incompetent doctor.

My teenage daughter had an itchy rash which included skin de-pigmentation. The doctor was very empathetic and talked to my daughter as if she were a teenager, not a child. We were seen very quickly the first visit but the second visit, we waited quite a bit longer. The waiting room was packed so both my daughter and I knew we would have to wait that time. The wait was no worse or better than any other doctor I've been to, though.

Did not believe I was having the issues that I was having and would not allow me to show her how my skin reactions would occur. She said it was impossible that I was having this happen. Said I had a condition that I do NOT have and would not discuss further until she does a bunch of expensive tests. NOT GOING TO THAT DOCTOR EVER AGAIN!

This doctor has NO empathy or concern for her patients. She is concerned solely with how many patients she can see per day and absolutely nothing else.

Has a skin rash and she instructed me to take 3 different antihistamines and a high-potency steroid creme all at the same time. Due to so many, there is no way to know which one or ones could have caused a recurrence. For never having seen me before, this seemed like tremendous overkill.
