Went to see her for a skin check this year and had a mole removed. Staff was fine, she was fine, seemed nice actually. She sells a line of skin care but did not try to sell me anything, which I appreciated.

I never ended up seeing the doctor - the office staff was disgraceful! I made an appointment one month in advance - had my referral faxed over in plenty of time. The day of my appointment they told me they no longer took my insurance and refused to honor my appointment, even though someone had called to confirm my appt. the day before. They kept me sitting in the waiting while the office staff chatted and laughed in the back. They were rude, patronizing and completely incompetent! This was the worst experience I have ever had with any office in NY!
