Both my husband who is diabetic receives his eye exams each year while I was referred to Dr. Kwan following laser surgery in Ottawa Civic Hosp for a retina tear in each eye, then on arrival had a tear in the lower lid RH eye, now examined ea six mos for cataract surgery. Like both Dr Kwan's professionalism as well as his bro., Ernie. New location on 9 th floor is very spacious, clean & comfy.
