This office is very disorganized. My first visit was a referral from my primary for blood in my urine. I was told I would have to see the PA. Before anyone even asked me why I was there and before meeting the PA, I was told to put on a gown, that the PA would want to do a pelvic exam. Offputting! The PA ordered a CAT Scan and we scheduled a cystoscope. They weren't available for the scope for over a month. When i went for the scope appointment, after I'd waiting 30 minutes already, one of the staff came out to say it would be another 2 hours!!. When someone is that behind, staff should be calling appointments BEFORE they arrive and rescheduling. Unconscionable to have people wait 2-3 hours for a Dr Appt. Most of the others waiting were older people.
