Doctor Finlay is an excellent eye doctor.I have been going to him for years. I am a diabetic and slowly loosing my sight and he gives me injections to restore my sight. He is very gentle and easy to talk to. He always answers my questions and always makes me feel at ease. I would recommend him to anyone.
