Dr Kiai has been my doctor for several years and now that I've moved to the Okanagan I appreciate the time and help that she provided over the years and even now when I can speak with her by phone. Referrals and consultations with other professionals provided a more complete watch of my health but she made sure I was understanding the whole picture by following my progress.

I had grown up having Dr. Kiai as my gp. I feel like she treats patients like numbers to meet her quota for the day. I feel rushed every time & can't go in depth on my health issues. It generally feels like she's going in blind during consultations with advice & prescriptions given to me "on the fly" almost every time. I always leave in-person/phone meetings dissatisfied & even upset because the time & attention given to me as a patient has really been unsatisfactory. This kind of medical care should be discouraged in the healthcare system. Perhaps this review & others I've seen online will come into her view and she'll start providing the treatment that all, not some, of her patients deserve.
