Went to the Westfield office last night and had a HORRIBLE experience. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes and then another 30 minutes in the exam room. I finally came out and advised the front desk that I have been there for an hour. They didnt seem to care,! I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to this doctors office. I did not get any apology or nothing!

Takes days to get a response from the dr. Staff isn’t very pleasant.

Staff and nurses are beyond bad. Very abrupt, rude. Dr. Miller seems knowledgeable but is not very communicative. If you want to know something, you have to ask. Would like someone who is more thorough as basic tests were not offered from start to deep into the process. Again, you have to ask for what you want, and even then, you may not get it. I hate to write a poor review as he seems relatively nice, but disappointed with overall care.

Staff needs to change "very rude". Dr. Miller is very well qualified and very compassionate but because his staff is so rude I will look elsewhere. The Dr. needs to have a staff meeting and tell his girls one more complaint and there will be a turnover of staff.

I had a problem and saw 4-5 urologists. Dr miller was the best one. He is excellent in practice and also makes you very comfortable.

I really like Dr. Miller. He is very pleasant to deal with. I do not like the office staff. They make it very difficult to schedule appointments and follow-up.

Dr Miller is a very competent and caring doctor. He is very personable and usually prompt. I would recommend him highly!
