I had an appt and the staff was rude especially the office manager. Punctuality was terrible with no apology and waited 45 minutes past appt time. She took over this practice from a wonderful doctor and boy what a let down, she is nothing like the previous physician. She wants to reorder a bunch of expensive unnecessary tests and made me feel like I was a bother to her for asking for something to help with my discomfort from a fall I had taken. I am going to look for a new family doctor until Dr Schooling returns, and I just went to urgent care and boom they were quick, polite and took my physical condition into consideration unlike Dr Lucy Douglass. I would not recommend her to anybody.
