I have gotten great medical care and dr. McCarthy is wonderful, as is her assistants. The desk attendant, Marcella is the least friendly most miserable and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Fertility is a sensitive subject and painful experience, and she makes it worse! Love the dr. But they desperately need a new smiling face at the desk! Leaves a lasting impression
