This Doctor has the uttermost understanding for all clients. He is very knowledgable and very keen to help out. I went for my routine STI exams and papsmear and he was very helpful. He was pretty good and it didn't hurt or anything so that was a bonus. He handled it like a very professional Employee. I was greatful! He is a great doctor.
Will recommend for all aspects of doctoral issuance. He is very friendly and keeps a great attitude while at work. I finally found a Doctor that made it not painful to have to deal with...

Dr.Chan perform 4 surgeries ,all of them 100% success. No pain , no problem after.

Dr Chan performed 2 surgeries on my neck and was great. Yes his bedside manner is direct and straight to the point but he knows his stuff and is an excellent surgeon. So all you whiners who are complaining about him get over it he knows his job and does it very well,

man he took my bone flap out and put it back in on different side of head and maybe was him who strapped me for a week for no reason and I wasn't aloud out to swmoke on my own he had nice hair though kinda I think he ows me something

Definitely a different character but he knew his stuff. 2 weeks out of surgery I’m driving my car and getting around with minimal pain.

We saw Dr Richard Chan after an accident I had at work. It is hard to comment on his knowledgeability and skill set due to the fact that his bedside manners were so poor. He is a qualified Neurosurgeon, so no doubt that he is intelligent and knows his stuff, BUT his lack of empathy and professionalism made this one of the worst experiences I have had with a physician. He was incredibly rude, practically made me feel like it was my fault for my accident (I had fallen) and was also saying negative things about other doctors which is incredibly unprofessional. I have been bed-ridden for a few months now and the last thing I need is a rude doctor being incredibly insensitive. It seems Dr. Chan has much to offer in his field of specialty, hope that his personal skills improve so that this does not cloud other's views of his skillset.
