Having had three children and now newly divorced. I needed a serious mommy make over.

At age 67 I lost my beloved husband of 33 years. In the next 8 months I lost a good deal of weight and so not only did I look sad, but gravity had not been kind. I had consulted with several cosmetic surgeons in prior years, and seen the results of several friends who were not pleased. Then I saw an friend of friend who looked fabulous! Her surgeon was Dr. Fox.
After checking her website I made an appointment for a consult. I almost cancelled the appointment as I still wasn't sure I was ready, but went ahead as scheduled. I was quite sure it would be a waste of both of our time.
I was immediately impressed with Dr. Fox,. She patiently listened to me and explained what she would do and how it differed from the usual methods. It all made perfect sense! She was warm and caring and interested in the whole person. I was sold!
I had a neck lift, lower face lift, fat implantation in cheeks and lips, brow lift , upper bleph and lower eye laser treatment. I spent three nights in the care facility with Kim and Sam who are as caring and professional as Dr. Fox. I saw Dr. Fox every day and on the 4th day went home. I was very glad to be able to stay as I was concerned about being alone . I was totally able to care for myself and probably could have gone home a day before.
There truly was no pain. It was uncomfortable due to swelling for a couple of days but amazingly pain free. I had no bruising on my face with just a little on my neck a few days later.
I was out and about in 10 days shopping and doing errands even out to dinner.
I am almost 6 weeks out from surgery and friends tell me I look 20 years younger. My return visits have been great. All is going well and I always look forward to seeing Dr. Fox. On one particular visit Dr. Foo spent a good deal of time just talking about me and my life and how to move on from a loss. I not only got a new lease on life but gained a good friend. I cannot praise her enough . Thank you Dr. Fox for a wonderful outcome and experience. You are special.

I am 57 years old and felt I had aged prematurely since the loss of our daughter two years ago. I looked sad and angry when I saw my reflection in a mirror. I decided I did not want to be that person, even though the grieving will always be present.
I researched Plastic Surgeons in Naples and NYC/NJ area. I wanted a female surgeon who is an"artist", a caring individual, and has an eye for detail. I found all this and more in Dr. Elizabeth Fox and her facilities. Her staff, surgery center, and recovery center, and nurses helped me feel relaxed and calm. Her nurses are highly professional, yet very caring. I am so happy I stayed two nights with 24 hour care and homemade chicken soup!
I decided, with Dr.Fox's help, to have a neck lift with lower face included, lower eye blepharoplasty, and then laser under my eyes. It has been six weeks since my surgery and I am thrilled with the results. I did not bruise and had no pain. I look happier and younger, but not a stranger in the mirror. I am still me, just better. I think this life might hold more adventures for me. Thank you, Dr.Fox.

I went to Dr Fox the first time four years ago and have since that time done a full face lift, fat transfer, my lips and of my tummy. I had only lived here in Fort Myers a few years and was 60 when I moved here. By then I had already had many procedures done on my face including a face lift at 45. I had all previous work done in Arkansas and was was so shocked that after that surgery I didn't look like myself. I couldn't ever figure out what it was but it was just different. So as I aged I looked awful. I was so scared to do a full face lift again since my first experience was so terrible and I didn't look good for at least a year. Not only that my eyebrows didn't even match, my forward was pulles too tight and left a scare where thr skin split. I had not only my aging skin to fix but many mistakes that i wanted addressed. After 2 years of research I knew that I would not go to anyone else but Dr. FOX. I live in Fort Myers and spend a lot of time in Arkansas and have told everyone there if they ever need anything done you have to go to Fox. What I didn't realize at the time was not only was I sagging but a lot of previous bad work on my face needed to be fixed. 3 years ago she started procedures on me and I look fabulous. It was a breeze with Dr. FOX. Not one bruise and I was even able to go to my step sons wedding one month out without anyone ever knowing I had had a facelift. Not only that, my husband was so thankful that he didn't have to take care of me because I stayed in her overnight facilities which were awesome for a few days so did not ever have to have a caregiver. My eyebrows are finally even and I didn't think they would ever be even again. I am 66 now and feel like I look better than I have ever looked in my life.

At 59, I wanted to re-invent myself so that I could be proud of myself when I turned 60. During my initial consultation with Dr. Fox, she explained a multitude of different procedures that would address all my concerns. I opted for a tummy tuck, chin lift and face lift. Dr. Fox was able to complete all of my procedures at the same time. I stayed at her clinic for 3 nights with the most excellent care I have ever had. I was never rushed to go home before I was ready! It has been 2 months and I look and feel wonderful. I have lost 25 pounds without strict dieting or stressful workouts. Dr. Fox has given me a new lease on life and I couldn't be happier. The first 2 to 3 weeks is the hardest, but if you listen to what the Doctor and Nurses tell you, the time will fly by and you'll be looking and feeling great! If you are thinking about it, I say you should do it! You won't be sorry!

After two children, and a large amount of weight loss, I needed some real help on my stomach. I did a lot of research on plastic surgeons before selecting Dr. Elizabeth Fox. I consulted with her twice before finally deciding on a full tummy tuck with hip liposuction. She was truly interested in helping me as an individual; she listened to my concerns and she understood my fear of surgery and worries about a long recovery. I’m a business owner, and I can’t take off a few weeks to pamper myself. I also had an upcoming wedding to attend in 3 weeks, and my own daughter’s wedding in 8 weeks. I worried I was biting off more than I could chew, but I went for it anyway.

I had surgery on a Friday morning. Kim, the nurse who got me all set up, was simply wonderful, and the surgery went off without a hitch. I spent the next 30 hours enjoying aftercare in their recovery center, and was well pampered by Kim, Sam and Nancy. All three were wonderful and concerned with my comfort. Before I left the next day, Kim taught me everything I needed to know to take care of myself on my own. Doctor Fox also came to check on me, and was just as kind and attentive as the day I met her.

I would say that the first three days after a tummy tuck are the hardest. Yes, you will need those pain pills, and yes you will need to rest. However, you also need to walk. If you want to heal fast, WALK every hour. As my body was healing, my energy was a bit sapped, but came back more each day. My husband took me out to dinner on day 6; I went furniture shopping on day 8, and I was back to work on day 10. Don’t let anyone scare you out of getting a tummy tuck because of the “pain” of it.

Since my procedure, each time I’ve seen Dr. Fox or any of her staff, all have been just as great as the day I met them. What a wonderful group of people. I had a fabulous experience and am so happy my results. If I want to “fix” any other part of me in the future, I’m going straight back to Dr. Fox. She is just amazing!

The consult I had with Dr Fox was wonderful. She took as much time with me as I needed, and I never once felt that she had to move on to another patient. Her confidence, knowledge and candor made me feel very much at ease. She was extremely honest with me on the result I could expect from the surgery, which unfortunately is not the norm with many plastic surgeons. I have worked for several plastic surgeons over the years who are capable and could have gone to any of them but chose Dr. Fox because I knew she would do the best job. I was right. She is a perfectionist which is exactly what you want in a surgeon. I had an arm lift in February 2014 and the result is even better than I expected. Dr Fox and her staff show a lot of concern about for their patients. I would recommend her to everyone. You won't be disappointed.

Not only is Dr. Fox highly skilled but she offers a stay-over facility staffed BY experienced, helpful professionals, Kim and Samira. My surgery came with unexpected bonuses, not only is my stomach disfiguration removed, but my frequent trips to the john are drastically reduced, because my stomach muscles have been tightened and my bladder is responding to that and I can now bend from the waist down, instead of holding on to something and kneeling down. I NEVER EVEN EXPECTED THAT! Yes, it is surgery and requires some research and determination on your part. Dr. Fox does spend alot of time with each and every patient but she also has other individuals on staff that can answer your questions. WRITE YOUR QUESTIONS DOWN. I stayed overnight and had the benefit of asking important questions of the staff who came to assist me when I needed help. This facility is a wonderful asset giving you an alternative to going home immediately after surgery. You can stay a day or two.
