I was very impressed with Dr Lopez. He was extremely helpful for me. I was not sure what to expect. He puts you at ease and calls it like it is. I’m older and know things don’t heal as well. He was one of the only drs that took the time to take it out and ask all kinds of questions. Would see him again without hesitation. Did not have much dealings with office staff. Saw him at the hospital and fracture clinic.

It is so easy for the dr to cancel the appointment after 9 months of waiting for that one PHONE APPOINTMENT, its simple for the dr to put this way: he does not need the patient, the patient needs him!
If the patient doesnt pick up the call the first time its gone, they never try a second call, they just cancel it screw the waiting patients. but when you call them for 2 weeks and they never pick up it's ok, its fine the dr is busy!

Great guy! great surgeon! great results! Not really good staff they just seem to have conversations with each other laughing so loud and so much may want to speak to them about professionalism.

Had surgery 2 weeks ago told me to call the office for refills but they dont answer the phone

my friend had surgery and we are not sure if its the staff or the doctor neglecting her after her surgery. she has been left is really bad pain with no pain management.. this is unacceptable

unable to contact office, long wait for initial appointment and impossible to get through to office for help after seen. The clerks don't turn the phones on at 0900 and they stop answering at noon however, they never answer the phones...period. For Dr.Lopez and his skills I don't know, haven't gone under for the repair yet. He ordered an U/S and scheduled it at a clinic that is only conducive to non working people. Not a helpful staff at all. Answer the phones once in a while and people might be happier, stop triple booking appointments. My time is money too and don't forget office staff and Dr.s you are employed by the people.
