Dr. Pelusi is a knowledgeable and personable psychologist who provides his clients with both tools and insights. He will encourage you to identify and change the thoughts and behaviors that are driving your anxiety and depression. He is not a sugarcoater, he's not just going to let you sit there and vent, instead he is going to encourage you to reflect on your thoughts and behaviors, change them as necessary and you will get better. I highly recommend this doctor.

I think Dr Pelusi is OK, since I'm him. So I'm biased. Not perfect! But pretty OK. Also, I refuse to pay ratemd anything to hide ignoble reviews from a disgruntled client who saw me for over 15 years on and off constantly wanting lower fees. So a few bad reviews (out of many hundreds over thirty years) I can live with. Also, free phone consult so one can assess just how grossly incompetent I am -- or am not. Thanks, Nando

It behooves me to think that other patients left a less than stellar review on this psychologist. Having been in therapy for over 20 something years with a multitude of psychologists, I found Mr. Pelusi is one of the only doctors that actually gave me the tools to do the work and that’s the difference. I think that some patients just want to be spoken to whereas this doctor actually makes you work on yourself. If you’re willing and able to commit to the work needed for recovery, this is the doctor for you!

I agree with the poster who says that Mr. Pelsui seems to not have a conscience...I was with an emotional abuser ( for years ) whom Mr. Pelusi enabled...

I didn't find his evolutionary explanations all that helpful. He is a nice enough guy, but fairly limited in what he can do as a psychologist.

Dr. Pelusi is a *grossly* incompetent psychologist. He addresses emotional and psychological issues superficially (does not address root issues), is unable to provide accurate diagnosis , is dismissive and undermining of everything and anything other than his own skewed perspectives (which are sourced in his own unresolved psychological disturbance(s)), and has (in my dealings with him) crossed the line between appropriate doctor - client boundaries. He is arrogant, superficial, and without conscience. I strongly advise against consulting with him.
