Dr. Rowe is the best damn eye doctor in the Okanagan. I highly recommend him. He's not bad on the eyes either ;)

I was fit in to receive assistance with a stuck contact lens even though I did not have an appointment. Dr. Rowe was kind and efficient and got my lens out in addition to examining my eye for any scratches from it having been stuck.
Additionally all the staff I encountered at Vernon Optometry were kind and helpful.

Dr. Rowe is excellent, very considerate and takes the time to explain medications, proper care and follow up. As I am without a family doctor, his attention to detail and thoroughness is very much appreciated.

Dr Rowe is excellent, makes you feel comfortable, explains things, answers any questions. I had to call and check on something, thought it would be the reception that called me back, no Dr Rowe called himself, put my mind and ease. Staff are all very friendly. Dr. Rowe is associated with a very professional group and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rowe is very personable and provides information and visual results on some of the eye tests performed which I fully appreciate. There is virtually no wait times and Dr. Rowe is always cheerful and professional. This is simply one of the best optometry locations I have dealt with over the years.

Dr. Rowe is a soft-spoken man. He is pleasant and professional. He is very thorough and answers all my questions. He’s very knowledgeable and takes time to explain procedures and what’s happening with my eyes. His staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A++ service!
