Dr Cruz is the best I had a stroke while in Florida from louisiana and first met him in ICU the first thing that entered my room was his beautiful smile! His bedside manner was the best I felt so at ease. His knowledge is amazing although I am a nurse he never assumed and explained things in laymens terms. My experience with him was the best!
