Do not and I repeat do not ever go to this piss ant . There was 20 people at least he destroyed their lives including my mother, he was ment to do a procedure of a bone fusion , but this evil man used six 3-inch screws and bands without even using an image machine to direct screws , he even lost a screw in surgery which he tried to charge my mum . This was an operation to her L5/s1 and he hit the S1 nerve which left her with permanent drop foot (needs to wear a splint to walk also one of the screws touched her bowel , he did another operation the next day to remove 3 screws and adjust 3 screws and lost a screw in surgery, the cost of the screws were $1000s . 60 minutes was made aware of this pricks new procedure and had 20 people telling of their problems, one man I remembered one man that after his, he needed a morphine pump inserted in his body and he had young kids that he no longer could play with . He was banned from using that procedure and had to be supervised during operations. He was taken to court and sued by multiple people included my mum ,when my mum got up to give her testimony, Dr Hardcastle said to his lawyer "look the c**t can walk" !! During the lunch break ,my stepdad and I fronted him and he was on the phone and he was shaking and snot coming out of his nose , all of a sudden he was not the tough talking soft c**k wouldn't speak , I told him every dog gets his day , my stepdad said dont do anything as it may have cost mum her payout (which no money can take back the pain and falls and broken arms from falling over ) as we went to walk off I thought stuff it and wound up with a left hook and my stepdad had to physically stop the punch and if It wasn't for that and the court proceedings, I would have ended up in jail and him ending up with broken legs and back , to see how much he likes it , he was known to grab a ladies breast when it was a injured shoulder , he was drunk during work . It was coincidental that I had an appointment in one of the other rooms when I saw his name in cotteslow years later and my blood boiled and asking the reception if he was in his office but he was off work that day . Many times I've wanted to go back but if I hit him the old geriatric f**kers bones would turn to ash. I'm in no way a violent person but all the times I've seen my mum shaking ,vomiting, falling and breaking bones , black eyes etc , I think it would be hard for almost anyone to get revenge on him , he would t if it would have been his mother , he is a cold blooded , heartless, coward of a prick that should be 6 foot under , but only the good die young. I BEG YOU ALL, DO NOT LET THIS MAN DO ANYTHING OR WRITE ANYTHING AS NOW HE DOES INSURANCE CLAIMS! ABSOLUTE PARASITE.

I saw Dr Hardcastle twice after a work injury. He was a good and fair Doctor and I made a successful claim. After two years and six months post op I am closing my workers comp case and moving on.

Corrupt unethical evil little man works for insurance companies and couldn’t care less who’s life he destroys he says one thing and reports to his keepers the total opposite you been hurt at work? Back injury? He will report it is from a previous injury degenerative! Totally contradicts himself.. lost faith in the workers comp medical and insurance companies they all need to be bought to justice a coronial inquiry into these low life’s! Man kills someone then he is allowed to hold your life in his hands???? Malpractice suits!!! Disgusted

Dr Hardcastle has operated on my spine twice, 1992 and 1995.. he did give me all of my options and no pressure was applied. He also mentioned that it would be up to me specifically to maintain the excellent results by keeping myself active and fit. I got 23 years of a pretty much pain free existence until one of his former registrars operated again August 2018. Even going to London for opinions had me hearing his name amongst his peers ...and in a good way. He was the obvious choice.

THERE IS NO ASSOCIATION BETWEEN LOWER BACK PAIN AND DISC DEGENERATION..The AMA Guide to the Evaluation of Disease and Injury Causation 2nd ed (‘AMA Guide’).
239. I was not aware of the AMA Guide when I sent Mr Rasavong my Submissions in early 2017. In the AMA Guide on pages 197-199 it says inter alia (emphasis added).
Most authors today agree that, despite modern medicine, the pain-generating structure for most adults with low back pain cannot be reliably scientifically established.

Radiographic changes consistent with lumbar disc degeneration are almost universal in adults and have been proposed, but not validated, as 1 of the main causes of LBP
...
It is even important to emphasize that the epidemiology of disc degeneration and the associated pathology do not explain symptoms of low back pain and related disability.

Research has identified over 100 risk factors for low back pain.
240. Further, the AMA Guide also identifies at page 197 that research has identified over 100 risk factors for low back pain quoting the study by Bakker et al . To the best of my knowledge, information and belief, I believe it’s true that the Respondent’s past modus operandi of relying on a broad diagnosis which pretty much just reads from an imaging reports needs to be reined in by the judiciary and the Tribunal. To the best of my knowledge, information and belief, I believe it’s true that the genuinely injured people are losing their lives and livelihoods based on conduct the type of conduct that is exposed in this affidavit, it very nearly cost me mine.
