Shouldn’t be a doctor!!! Never explains honestly, could be he just doesn’t know!
Has no interest in the patients, just get them in and out as fast as he can!!!!

Dr. Jackson is the WORST doctor in the entire Okanagan, & one of the WORST in British Columbia. I wish I was kidding. He has this God complex, thinks he is smart but is truly a fool, he is extremely pretentious & rude, etc.

I truly am baffled as to how he even earned his degree in the first place. His clinic also has Dr. Meyers, whom is almost as bad as Dr. Jackson. This is the only clinic in Vernon that is always accepting new patients, because this clinic's doctors are HORRIBLE.

The front end secretaries are very nice & polite. I have no idea as to why these ladies stay & work for such rude idiots! If you need a doctor, go to a walk in clinic, & DO NOT even consider going to see him. You will be glad you didn't.

This guy has a god complex. Only doctor in Vernon who is ALWAYS accepting new patients, as he can never keep the ones he has for some reason, even though there is a serious shortage of doctors and always a long waiting list everywhere else. I took my daughter to see him at a walk-in clinic because we weren't able to get in to see our doctor same day. She had a rash on her legs that was very uncomfortable. He diagnosed her with scabies and prescribed a very potent medication. When I asked him how he came up with that - he responded by asking me if I was a doctor. I left the office fuming mad, called my own doctor who saw my daughter right away. Turns out she was having an allergic reaction and some over the counter kids antihistamine cleared up the rash in a couple of days. Makes me angry that this doctor was paid for our visit. He is extremely unprofessional and I can't believe he is still able to practice medicine after all that I've heard about him.

I just saw Dr. Jackson the other day by myself and it’s amazing how he gets defensive when he thinks he knows things about areas of the skin. I don’t get a good feeling from this doctor and I would definitely not have him excise anything or remove anything he feels is cancer as he is not a dermatologist. Be very cautious and aware of this doctor as he should not be dealing with the general public at hand as he is definitely not a people person. Every time I look in the paper, he’s the only doctor accepting patients - that should be a warning for everyone out in the Vernon community!

I took my daughter to the walk in clinic where doctor Jackson diagnosed her with “a bad cold” and told me to take her home. I took her to the ER for a second opinion because she didn’t seem okay. The doctors in emergency immediately did a chest X-ray and blood work. She was hospitalized for three days with severe pneumonia. Had I trusted doctor Jackson’s misdiagnosis we could have lost our little girl.
