Dr Bhana is one of the most kind and humble doctors I have ever been to. His staff are on top of things, they also call to inform me if Dr is running abit late due to emergencies. I would definitely recommend Dr Bhana his truly God sent

Overbooked. Cash only then receptionist doesn't bother explaining how to claim. This Dr is like a robot. I went because I am already fragile hormonally. Interrupted me when I answered his questions. Did not listen to my answers. Did not respect my bodily autonomy. Listened to 'heart' through my exposed nipples. Made me cry. Did not explain prognosis of possibly malign cyst. Seems to think I will make a follow up appointment after all that. Amazing.

I will not recommend this Dr.
It is sad that some fertility clinincs care about the success rates/ statistics of their practice more than assisting and showing care & concern for the patient.
While it is understandable and accepted that a doctor's expertise as well as the cost of certain fertility procedures must be considered, there is a manner in which this must be addressed with the patient, without making the patient feel as if you are money driven.
This Dr is devoid of emotions, his sole focus is meeting his profit target and maintaining the success rates of the practice.
