Dr Hates has been our doctor for 30 years. He is now retiring. He has been a wonderful support through all our ups and downs. We always felt cared for and safe. We are very emotional about losing him but wish him nothing but the very best in his retirement. Wish they graduated more family doctors like him...Barbara and Mike

Been a patient for over thirty years and always seems to get me in to see him that day when I call. First saw him when I moved to the Coquitlam and still see him though I live in North Vancouver.

Dr Hayes is incredible. Sure, his punctuation is a bit lacking - but that’s because of the care and attention he gives each patient. He doesn’t rush you out the door, he really listens and discusses everything with you. My old dr took at least a week to get an apt, dr Hayes is often available the same day if not next day.
