I had an online question answered by Dr. Potter. I had a really great interaction. It was quick and helpful, she did some research before our call based on my request information. She was friendly and chatted with me for a sec before going to the next client.

Dismissive and rude. I saw her via Ontario virtual clinic. She was able to provide a referral but rudely interrupted me when I want to ask a question because -- she was busy and there were other patients waiting. She definitely made me feel that I was less important and less valuable than other patients. She doesn't care about the quality of patient service. She dealt with me like I was a problem she needed to get rid of. Would not recommend this doctor.

I met with Dr. Potter through the Ontario online service. She was attentive, thoughtful, knowledgeable and so very kind. She somehow made me feel better just by talking with me. She was then able to refer me the type of specialist I needed. I WISH she was my regular doctor.

I was fortunate enough to speak with Dr Eleanor Potter via the online service offered by the province. She was very kind and reassuring. I wish I lived closer to her practice - I would definitely love to have her as my primary care physician.
