I recently had 3 visits to Dr. Siegel's office due to a cyst removal procedure. First time patient here. Was skeptical about mixed reviews before going in. Now I can definitely say, I would not return to this office ever again. And for those who haven't been there, try somewhere else.
First of all, about Dr. Siegel, I am disappointed about his service in that for a very simple basic cyst removal, which is expected to be done by just one visit. I had to go back for 3 times and still not cured. I guess I better try some other practices.
Secondly, the office especially the billing is a nightmare. They sent me 3 bills, each showing different amounts of office visit in addition to other line item charges (shots, lab, etc.). Upon questioning, it was explained the 1st visit is for new patient so the office visit is more expensive. For the 2 other two, they simply said it's dr's decision and it's what it is. When I asked to speak to the billing mgr, she is always not available. I tried calling the office for 4 times asking the billing mgr to call me back. It never happened. Bear in mind though, the office keeps your credit card so they will charge you automatically. Finally on the 5th call, I clearly said pls hold on to the credit card charge until the billing mgr calls me back. Guess what? She called me right back within minutes after I hang up. Unbelievable, right? The billing mgr is probably the rudest person I ever spoke to, feeling like she is treating me as someone who just wanted to get free medical services. Basically her response is ‘IT IS WHAT IT IS. DR decided on the procedure code. You have no choice but just have to pay it’. When I questioned if that’s the case, can I speak to the dr to see if there is any mistake here. The answer is ‘NO’ and insisted I need to pay it.
Few days later, I received the bill again. I guess I am just done with the office and got my credit card calling the office to make the payment. This time it’s a different billing personell answering the phone. Out of last curiosity, I asked her for opionion on why I was charged different office visits. Guess what? They put a note in the system, saying “I am a patient fishing around…” I am so speechless.
Anyway, this is my personal experience. And by far, it’s my worst dr experience, wasting a couple hundred dollars, not getting a simple cyst removed and got ZERO respect from the office. This is my first ever dr review. Thinking it’s probably worth the time to share with everyone.

Had moles on my leg and chest. Dr. Seigal said they were "nothing to worry about" for over two years. I finally requested to have more in my leg tested. His assistant called me one week later and told me it was melanoma and that I needed to go to a cancer surgen. Dr. Siegal did not return my request to speak with him, I had to go to his office to have a conversation.
The surgeon said I needed an excision and their was a chance cancer may have entered lymph nodes due to the deepness. I went to Dr. Siegel and asked him to also rest the mole on my chest. He said "No chance it is anything". I demanded he test since I already needed to go for surgery. Turned out it was also melanoma! Don't trust Dr. Siegel for anything more than a rash . Scary terrible doctor. Must have graduated bottom of his class.

I visited this DR twice...the first time he prescribed 3 medication for me to use in relation to discoloration of my face... Used the product over a year with no results...went the second time he prescribed the same medication even though I told him it didn't work...all he seem to be interested about is doing chemical peep. From the first visit he wanted to do chemical peep...

Dr. Siegel was able to explain my diagnosis in the simplest form. He was very pleasant throughout the visit and didn't rush me at all. Great practice. The front desk was super friendly also. We even cracked a few jokes prior to my exam. I plan on sticking around for awhile.

Some of the most unfriendly staff I've ever met. Definitely going somewhere else for a second opinion.

I set an appointment weeks in advance to see him, amd I scheduled the latest possible apointment because I get out of work late. I call the office as I'm driving to let them know I'm on my way and I'm slightly delayed, due to copious amounts of traffic because of the heavy rain. They tell me this is fine but to try and be there within 5 minutes. I arrive minutes later to find the nurse locking up the office. She tells me that the doctor has left. I would not recommend any doctor who does this to a patient.

Problem: a prescription which was cost prohibitive. I did some research, found a generic alternative. My insurance uses Express Scripts, so I called them to make sure I could get a quantity of 1 for this med. They said yes. I called the dr's office and spoke to Kim who manages E.S. orders. I told her I only needed a quantity of 1, and that it was very important financially that only 1 was ordered. (The original non-generic script was for 1, btw.) When I received the order by mail the quantity was 3 and I had a bill for $178. I called Kim back. It turns out a Dr. Daly (who I have never seen) wrote my new script for a quantity of 3. So either he ignored Kim's notes or she didn't make any. Kim offered to call Express Scripts to try to get me a refund. But she never called me back. Today the office mgr Katie actually said to my face that she was responsible but that she would not refund me any money. So their office was responsible, but I have to bear the financial burden.Disgusting.
