I saw Dr Hanna Reinartz 2017/2018 for adult braces. Going to a previous orthodontist they had told me they were not sure if they could fix my cross bite which was causing me discomfort. I went to see Dr. Reinartz and she confirmed she could fix my bite. £4k later and discomfort still with my bite, even though I mentioned that my bite didn't look right before they were to be removed. On top of this, too much enamel was removed when she took off my braces including experiences in the chair that felt like I was going to pass out once. I am utterly disappointed and now have to seek help elsewhere.
