Terrible optometrist. Appointments are always rushed and humiliating. Appointments are never done on time either, approx. 30 minutes + after booking. Dr. Ngo was not attentive to any of my questions and concerns, instead, blatantly ignores them and moves onto the next patient very quickly. If there is any attempt to get a hold of Dr. Ngo, he leaves his office immediately. Will never come back to Dr Ngo for any of my eye care needs. Very unprofessional. The staff was not helpful either. His voice doesn't help AT ALL!

Knowledgeable and caring doctor. It was my first time wearing contact lens and Dr Ngo took his time to teach me how to put on and take off the contacts. He was very patience with me throughout the entire process. The staff was very polite. I will come back to Dr Ngo for all of my eye care needs.

He is a very kind and pleasant person to see. I had red eyes and had been refer to him by walk in clinic across the street. He examine my eyes carefully and explain thoroughly about my condition and gave me a prescription. His office has a wide selection of frames to choose from. I will come back next time to get a pair of eyeglasses.
