I am switching specialist after sitting in his waiting room for an hour, never having his staff inform any of us waiting well past our appointment times. After finally addressing the staff that we ha waited already for an hour and was wondering how much longer the wait would be, she rudely replied that she had no idea and there was one more person still before us and she couldn't help how long he took with his patients. My appointment was also removed after I told the lady at the desk that I had a 12:00 appointment somewhere else and she refused to put us back in for our original appointment. It's too bad because he was a great doctor.
