Can’t tell the difference between right and left. Seriously the worst doctor I’ve seen. Didn’t even offer me a tissue from his desk after I was crying my eyes out. Forced me to walk out of the building with mascara smudged all down my face. Useless in terms of diagnostics or medication management.

Never in my life bet a bigger funt. I wait a year to see this fool just for him to say nothing to me and not change my medications which are poisoning me. Truly one of the scummiest doctors I’ve ever met

Dr. Basiriha talks and listens alot, however does not provide very much in the way of a critical diagnosis or prescriptions. I have had three appointments with him, with the first over the phone. In that appointment he provided the type of diagnosis that could be found via and internet search of symptoms. The second appointment was him essentially reading back to me his notes from the first appointment, providing nothing new as far as helping me with my illness. The third appointment, after seeing very little progress, had him asking me what prescriptions he should write me. I told him that this why I was seeing him, for him to help me, to which he said my comments was not helpful. It was that final appointment that made me question is credentials.

Can’t say enough good things about dr Basiriha. He listened to me and finally made the right diagnosis. With his treatment, I feel better after so many tough years. Thank you Dr Basiriha.

2014 my husband called the suicide hotline and was immediately set up with seeing Doctor Basiriha as he was the psychiatrist on call at the hospital. For the next 3 years my husband started seeing him twice a week, then once a week then biweekly and now when he needs to connect. Now this was over 3 years going from twice a week to monthly. 2018 my son who is 27 was admitted to the hospital via police and ambulance due to hallucinations, talking to his people, attempting suicide several times in one evening, saying he just wanted to die, saying he wanted to kill people, threatening to slash throats of animals and people. He stayed overnight in the hospital waiting on an assessment, when we arrived we saw Basiriha assessing him and both my husband and I were so relieved that it was a Psychiatrist we knew and trusted, we shook his hand he said to my husband “this is your family” only to be have my son released with a hotline number and told if he felt like that again to call the number. And us going what the heck just happened. I asked the person who was there watching my son how long Basiriha was in with him and he said about 10-15 minutes and I again say where is the support and help when someone is in desperate need. He has failed this young man and his family

Didnt know what was wrong with me my entire life. I had been to many doctor and psychartirist and none of them figured out anything. I spoke to him for a half hour and he knew right away my mental health issues and ive finally been diagnosed!!!!!!!!

Said my son has agoraphobia when he has Aspergers. He doesn’t listen and ask relevant information.
