I saw Dr Rafiq when he had his own Clinic. I had gotten a rusty stole in the joint of my thumb. I was under the impression I was supposed to get a tetanus shot he told me no since I had 1 with 10 years. The next day my thumb was swollen to 3-5 times it’s size. I went to HSC where I got taken care of and told that if I had waited 1 more day the would have to amputate my thumb!

I can never get in to see him. He is always away. Not very good for a people with health conditions. Switching to another doctor that will be here when I need to get help
