Dr. Blattel is great, however sometimes there are technical issues with the Appletree telemedicine IT platforms. The technical issues with Appletree telemedicine IT have nothing to do with Dr. Blattel's competency as a doctor. Appletree needs to solve their technical issues better!

Very unprofessional and ignorant. Ron called me over the phone after a one minute of being late, then cancelled my appointment. This doctor steals money from apple tree and taxpayers by not providing time for patients to arrive at appointments.

I've been under Dr. Blattels care for a few years now. I suffer from depression and anxiety. He is very supportive and is a family physician who is willing to help with mental health concerns.

Brusque and abrupt; doesn’t let me finish my explanation before commenting. Dismissive generally. Rushes me off the phone, without even asking if there’s anything else I wanted to raise with him. Doesn’t seem to care.

depending on how he is feeling that day maybe youll get care or he wont listen, huff and puff,hell tell you he cant help and refer you away.mental health specialist ?? but caant help change an antidepressant? also doesnt try to help but says if you need the emergency then go to the hospital? with doctors treating us like this is exactly why the hospitals are full and mental health is in havoc!these over paid.my first experience with him was good, i waited over a month to talk to him,he didnt even care to let me finish explaining my concerns without dismissing me !
