The staff in this office simply terrible , everyone who is working . They are rude , disrespectful. Refuse to give their names when you speak to them , do not reply to emails , rude to patients. Have spoken to Dr Wong about his staff , nothing is done. Each year staff is getting worse ! To have such a horrible staff when it’s office for parents with kids simply unacceptable! Everyone needs to know this!

Dr Peter. Wong arrives always late

Every time I book an appointment for 8.00 am He is always late.

My family doctor has referred me to this doctor otherwise I would never visit this doctor.

He should improve on his punctuality

This would be my last visit for sure and hope I find other paediatric cardio.

He is never on time.
He is always and forever late.
I had an appointment at 10:30am:he showed up one hour later.
Staff doesn’t even care
If you can find a different Pediatrician instead of using him.
Please do.
Kids are impatient and don’t want to sit in an office for one hour or more.
He just have this non chalant attitude when it comes to time.
Avoid him.

Dr. Wong is never on time, keeps you waiting way past your appointment time which is extremely difficult with children. The last appointment he was just talking to his staff and we had a 9am appointment when the office opens at 8am and my child was not seen by him until just over 30minutes. The office staff are rude, not very informative and not organized at all. Dr. Wong does know his stuff I will say that. The last appointment he started to talk about BMI infront of my 4 YEAR OLD child which should not be done. He also started asking questions that was asked in our first appointment which he wrote down but no folder/papers were with him in this appointment- once again disorganized. Overall, I would highly recommend you find another pediatric cardiologist and save yourself the trouble and aggrevation with him and this office.

Time doesn't matter for place. No meaning an appointment what so ever. Be ready to sit for 3-4 hours easy. Can't ask the receptionist anything. They r rude as anything. They r too busy talking to each other then helping patients. They are better place than this one.

I went in there for an ultrasound or echo tes for my unborn baby to see if the baby heart and everything is OK. He put me at ease that everything is good with the unborn baby and see him after baby is born. But he is a good dr God bless dr wong

Dr Peter Wong is such a humble person,,, he has always made me feel worry free by discussing and explaining everything in detail about the health of my children .
