This doctor is rude and has not even listened to what my parents have reported to her at appointments. She thinks that she knows best and treats them as if they are incompetent with nothing to back this up. Dr. Noor, your patients may be elderly but this does not mean that they need you to rule their lives. I hope that we never hear from you again.

This doctor is not inspiring and insensitive, just trying to do her job. She lacks the human aspect when dealing with older people and their family.
