I was referred to Dr. Delshad through Molina Healthcare. Not the greatest insurance, but...
I went to the clinic, I've been to many, this one is not very clean. the staff was not very professional. I was surprised. There wasn't any soap in the bathroom, This establishment does urine tests. No soap? Nothing to wash to wash my hands with? I had 2 appointments 2 weeks apart, both times there was no soap. I asked at the beginning of the appointment and at the end. No one bothered to replace soap after I asked. That's a #losangelescountyhealthdepartment violation. Dr. George Delshad was disconnected and not caring. I came for a referral for hysterctomy due to prolapse uterus. My uterus is falling out (!) and pulling my bladder out with it. He said that a referral for (hysterectomy) might not be possible because he didn't really see a problem. I showed him a picture that I had taken of my problem in his office. He said "It's possible you might get surgery, but maybe not. I told him that even ladies in third world countries are able to get surgery for prolapsed uterus so I would fight it. I got my referral, but cannot let this person cut into me. No way. Be careful.
He gave me a urine test that I didn't need then I was charged ($60) The whole manner about Dr. Delshan was not good. I feel sorry for the women who have to go to him. I would rather suffer with an awful prolapsed uterus than have him do the surgery. I will go elsewhere.

I am a medical student, so I know a little bit about hormones. I don't know when this doctor went to medical school but it wasn't in the past half century. He didn't care to listen to my concerns and after a few pointless appointments and more tests than necessary, he shuffled me off to another specialist. The staff are incompetent and put you on hold for 20 minutes before forgetting who you are. The wait times for a 5 minute conversation are horrendous. Would not recommend.

I would have to agree with most of the reviews. I would like to start off by stating that none of the staff members here have no knowledge of the term "confidential". I came to this office through my HMO plan, it was close to my work and I thought it would be convenient. Boy was I in for a rude awakening! My first visit was at about 5 weeks into my pregnancy and not only was I there for 5 hours, but the staff was rude, unprofessional, and had no problem asking extremely personal questions out loud. This office shares a waiting room with a Dentist and has seats for about 8 people ONLY! I would not recommend this office to anyone! I don't like floating from one doctor to another, however, in this case, I had to make my switch with my provider. This is not how a medical clinic should operate!

I don't have nothing to say about the Dr. George M. Delshad, I personally think he is a very good DR., but his staff is acting very unprofessional and rude to the people. First when you call the office, they will put you on hold or hang up on you. Second, they won't even listen to your concern. When you go to the office, the staff will forget about you while you sitting in the waiting room. After couple times of reminding them that you are still sitting and waiting there, they will start working on your file than. Be prepared that people behind you might go in front of you because that's how they operate. I have very bad experience as a patient with the staff who doesn't really care. If you are calling to get results back, you have to wait for a couple days, and keep calling them to finally get appointment. If you go there, you have to wait 1 hour minimum after your appointment time. I just don't appreciate the service of this office, and the way they operate or treating their patients.

I never have known any other Doctor who cares so much for his patients. He follows up, many times to makes sure the medicine has worked. He is very knowledgeable, checks the interaction of different medicines and gives the best prescription possible.

I would never recommend this office to anyone, the staff was very rude and spent their time on their cell phones. Worst of all when I finally met the dr he was very strange made no eye contact, and had no idea what to tell me when I asked questions! Definatly would not be delivering my baby with him at all! New moms I recommend you look elsewhere!

This office is very dirty, has no air conditioning and shares their office with a dental clinic. You wait for at least 1 to 2 hours and only spend 5 minutes with this doctor. He does not smile and does not talk to you or explain your options. He is also difficult when you need to transfer medical records.

The clinic is dirty, packed, and you have to wait at least 3 hours before getting help. The staff also doesn't seem to care that there are no seats on somedays for at least 7 pregnant women, leaving them all standing and waiting. The doctor is never quite on time or smiling. The best part is after waiting 3 plus hours to see him, he only spends about 5-10 minutes with you. Lovely!
