Waited from 11 until 1:58. Only took exit b p reading. Sat with back to me inputing duplicate m h. Even though I presented Rx and mr for c cap dated 1/11/14, insisted I go have testing done over at another facility and incurred copays again. Duplicity unwarranted, time lapse they expect for that referral would get authorized IS NOT AN INCONVENIENCE BUT DETRIMENTAL TO MY HEALTH!!! ITS. CALLED AN EXACERBATION OF A KNOWN MEDICAL CONDITION. AND IN MY CASE ELDER ABUSE CONSIDERINGMY OTHER Dx. Dropping them like a hot potato while filing complaint with state insurance commissioner,kaiser and Medicare Quality Review. This plans name takes the phrase Advantage to a despicable level . Fne.
