Dr. William MacDonald is the most compassionate doctor I have ever encountered. He has treated our daughter who suffers from severe chronic pain for the past 2 1/2 years. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable in pain control. He treats his patients with respect and dignity and is very approachable. He works long hours and it is not unusual to hear from him in the evening, just checking on how she is doing. We are so fortunate to have him as one of her doctors. His staff is also amazing. They are there to help in any way that they can and will go out of their way to try and accommodate my daughters needs. They work together as a team totally focused on the patients needs. I wish we had more doctors like Dr. MacDonald!
