Dr Roy guided me through my first pregnancy. She was extremely knowledgeable and prepared me very well for delivery day. Her nurse is also great. That said, the clinic is poorly run. My appointments were mostly scheduled in the afternoon, 3 or 4 pm. I almost always waited 1 to 2 hours before seeing Dr Roy. There is something systemically wrong with scheduling If a 2 hr wait is the norm. Management should look into this and soon.
