I'm so happy. This man is a true Dr. You can see the care in his eyes ..he had patience. He was very easy to listen he dud not rush ..this man made me and my wife feel better then when we first got there ..Dr Basappa should be very proud of himself and us the people are lucky to have him on our side ..I truly thank him

Dr. Basappa was extremely knowledgeable and showed excellent decision making abilities when dealing with my cancer treatment. He cut to the chase with the important details and advocated for me at every turn. He is not in the day/day business of compassionate care, but a higher level decision maker. Don't expect super bedside manner, that is the job of other care providers.
While at CCI, the 'family' doctors took the role of day to day care, and did an amazing job of it. Shoutout to Dr. P. Chen who showed an amazing amount of compassion.
The nurses also did a stellar job. Charge nurses Michelle and Barb were fantastic and the rest of the unit nurses followed wither lead.
Great job done by all, in concert with Dr Basappa. thanks for your excellent care.

Thoughtful, knowledgeable, caring and kind. Not afraid to advocate for his patients. Goes the extra mile to see that his patients get the best care.

Pompous, arrogant, condescending, dismissive and anally snobbish. Should be looking at petri dishes and not dealing with patients.

clinic staff does not call back. Sends in a junior doctor first and always in a rush and never wants to take time to explain further or follow-up questions. not good in interacting with patients

I spoke to him once during my cancer journey. He ended up changing protocols and the communication between patient and doctor was terrible. Not personable or caring at all!
