Communication is very poor. They give tests and never call back with results. They send emails about joining a portal, but the Dr does not use it and the the office says don't join because we don't use it anyway. What specialist does not use a portal in the 21st century? Find another ENT and you'll be happier.

I've had problems with nasal polys must of my adult life. I got to point that I would have to have polys removed every year. Dr. Yaish did the surgery in 2010 havent had trouble with polys since. He is the best. We have moved, he is 4hr away, but I would drive that far to see him. I last saw him in Jam,2014.
