I had dr. Smoraski for 2 yrs. he's wonderful doctor very patience with me even though I m hearin impaired patient. I had no trouble with him at all and the staff. After i read dr ratings one of the patient complained about the phone calls. He was correct i had trouble to make a call my friend does make a call. Dr. Office call to cancel appt and re scheduling. Yesterday I went to dr. They told me no appointment. I wasn't very patience as i was very sick. The staff told me people at the back makes a call . I wanted to make complaints about the phone calls and reshedule make it so complicate. All of us could protest outside from the office to show others how the new staff treat us terrible and unrespect.
