I first went to Dr. Lou 2 years ago for severe headaches and neck pain. Medication was only giving me temporary relief. He referred me out for xrays and then on our next appointment sat down with me and showed them to me and carefully explained where my problem was and how my neck was contributing to my pain. He is very knowledgeable, and thorough. He took a lot of time with me and allowed me to ask a lot of questions. His technique is excellent and very gentle. His reception staff is excellent and very accommodating. I eventually went to see his physiotherapist for exercise instruction to improve my posture. I do not suffer from headaches any more! I would highly recommend this amazing clinic to everyone. Dr. Lou and his staff always conduct themselves in a very professional manor. This clinic offers so many different (new) treatments for back and neck problems!

Revolving door of staff. All the good ones keep leaving. Always behind schedule. Parking is a nightmare. So condescending when he speaks to you and smugly talks about how nice his house is and how much money he has. Does the same thing on every visit despite what you tell him. If you don't want to come for another appointment they will harrass you until you do.

DR. Prosia and his entire team offer full spectrum of care. I have been with this clinic for over 5 years. I have had to use all three specialties, chiro, physio, and massage therapy there . They are always on time and reasonably accomodating. I have had some serious spinal issues that flare up, and each time, they have managed to help me with it. The whole team is friendly, welcoming, and treat you like family. Highly recommended!

Dr. Lou Prosia is the real deal!! I have been a patient of his for many years and he has helped me in so many ways! No matter the issue you are having, Dr. Prosia will not quit in making sure that you are given the best possible treatment. He is always finding new ways in updating his practice to making sure that his patients are well taken care of and are receiving the most appropriate treatments for their conditions. He has everything from shockwave therapy, laser, physiotherapy, and massage therapy, just to name a few. You even have access to Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Everything you need is under one building. His medical knowledge surpasses many other doctors that I have been to. Any questions that I have for him, I know he will have a thorough answer for me and will be able to make an excellent recommendation that will help me with the issue that I am having. His practice is like one big family. As soon as you walk in the front doors, you immediately receive a warm welcome by Joanne, Margie or Maria. You are basically welcomed and treated like a member of his family, and believe me, Dr. Prosia takes care of his family! The staff that works there; Lacey, Alex and Christina are amazing and great at their jobs and all take care of their patients. Being someone that suffers from many neck and back problems and frequent migraines, Dr. Prosia and the staff at Prosia Total Health has\ve helped me so much over the years and I cannot thank them enough. I’ve been a client for over 20 years and as well my other family members. This clinic and its staff are very unique and special as they go out their way you make you feel welcomed. They share their professional knowledge teaching you the reasoning behind a particular treatment and its benefits to your care. Dr. Prosia is always pursuing up to date literature within his practice, as well as the medical field to ensure he delivers total care for your health. I constantly refer people to this clinic as I wholeheartedly believe it is the best health care you can get. They listen attentively and build a treatment program unique to you needs. Any person I have referred is 100 percent satisfied and continue to see Dr. Prosia and his staff for regular checkups and healthy practices.
When I threw my back out, he came in for emergency care and had me back on my feet at a pace that supported my return to work much sooner than I thought. A second injury was a double fractured ankle, and his staff through physiotherapy educated me on what needed to be done to have the best recovery; not to mention cheering me on as I graduated through each step of recovery. Dr. Prosia also ensured the ankle injury did not aggravate my back given I was weeks on crutches, by monitoring my back and giving suggestions on how to prevent my back from being affected by the use of crutches.
I recommend this clinic to anyone who takes their health and recovery serious as you not only receive treatment but also an education on your best path to TOTAL HEALTH.

Dr. Prosia is warm, caring and very experienced and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, communicated extremely well and performed a very thorough examination! His staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have had to wait a few minutes from time to time, but it's well worth the wait. I now know why he's so popular! His son Lucas is newly graduated, but he is a reflection of his father and I trust the practice will be in amazing hands. A multitude of practitioners and specialized services all under one roof. If you are anywhere near Dundas, don't miss out on this gem.
