Had one procedure of shorting my uvula in his rooms and then a nose surgery in theatre. I am so happy with the result of both and would highly recommend Dr. Jardine to anyone. His bedside manner is also a superb bonus. Thanks Doc!!!

Totally dissapointed! Still cannot breath freely and now have throat issues. He was not helpful and did not care to listen to what I had to say. Others I have talked to have issues as well. This man is not a doctor, he's a joke. He kept asking about my snoring which is not what I went to him for. He kept telling me that at least I am not snoring anymore, when I never did. We need to screen the doctors we get up here in northern B.C.

I was having trouble swallowing food. It felt like it was getting stuck. When I went to terrace to see him in the middle of winter, when he came in to see me he did a few test and asked me what I did for a living,. I told him I was a stay at home mom and he rudely said to me that I had plenty of time to do 4 different treatments a day a few times a day. I was shock that he was talking to me like that.. I 'am a mother of three children and have very little time to myself . Dr. Jardine is a very rude and ignorant man and a very stupid doctor. He needs to find himself a new career. I'am a very strong woman and I take offense to what he said to me. He is the worse doctor that I have ever meet. Shame on him for thinking all stay at home mom's have a lot of time to do nothing. We are busy women and very under appreciated. We need a new ENT up here in the north.

i had several infections over 5 years because he butchered my nose. chronic headaches and fatigue caused by his surgery on me. i was finally able to see a real doctor in vancouver who spent 4 hours fixing his mess. the man is a quack

Unfortunately when my husband was referred to Dr. Jardine we didn't know that he was in advanced stages of cancer (my husband); Dr. Jardine went above and beyond to do the complicated procedures, arrange biopsies, late appointments to accommodate us as we were from out of town, repeatedly explained
what was going on, showed kindness and compassion, was available whenever we needed him. I was truly saddened to hear of his leaving Terrace and wish him all the best and his new patients will be lucky to have him; thank you for all the excellent care you gave Jim.

HIs turn-a-round of office staff meant referrals were continually lost, making for long waits to get in. The Christian music in his waiting was a bit over-the-top,. His equating every single ailment to his speciality so he could do it was ill-advised and uninformed. Inappropriate pro-abstinance small talk made for an awkward appointment. And lastly, deciding my chronic and ongoing serious condition was due to being a mouth breather was laughable at best. Thank goodness I was referred to a real doctor in Vancouver. Jardine didn't want to write the exam and let his license lapse? Good riddance.

The best doctor I have ever been too. Wish they were all so caring. The staff is wonderful too.
Hope he will be there for many more years to come.

have been phoning this Dr office since May of 2013 at which time a referral was made. Does not answer phone or return messages. Can no longer leave messages on the Dr Office answering machine.
