I am sure she is a decent Dr. If something is simple but if it is out of the box…zero help at all! Sick kids has been a great experience but would absolutely not see Dr. Marcon again she was no help or had no interest in searching or investigating anymore.

After being late for our appointment gave me blanket advice without really asking me exactly what was happening with daughter. Her comments were actually very off-putting. With only asking us a couple of questions over video (not in person) came to the conclusion that whole family required anti-anxiety/meditation sessions in her network of peers. Then asked me a few very personal questions about how hard it must be during COVID and then suggested that I seek counselling as well. That’s asking me a 1-2 questions and coming to that conclusion. This is a celiac appointment for my daughter. Then she went on to say my daughter needs an intervention because her weight is slightly higher. It was just so blunt, no compassion or in a way that suggests that she has any interpersonal skills. My daughter cried for 2 days from the outcome of the appointment. Horrible experience.

Run. Seriously, just because it’s sick kids hospital doesn’t mean this Doctor or this team has any idea what they’re doing. They’re super unhelpful, hands off and make crazy random suggestions without even properly examining your child and before pawning you back off to your Family Doctor. It’s like the receptionist Mary, the nurse Vikki and this Doctor are a little clique of mean girls. Marcon works part time and could care less about your child’s needs, you’re better off going to anyone else or frankly googling and figuring things out yourself. She should seriously stop practicing and this team should be changed immediately. My daughter is 5 years old now and still having difficulties. We wasted so much time watching her in pain because of these people. And only after switching did other doctors warn us about Marcon and other families having problems with her. Horrible.

Where to start. She should not be in practice. She truly has ruined the last 3 years of our families life. My DD has been in pain that long. Ove had to literally beg this droctor to help us, do diagnosics, understand my DD..... If you are triaged to her... dont walk, RUN. THE worst doctor I have ever encountered in 50 years. I wish this site had a zero-rating

Dr Peggy Marcon should stop practicing in my opinion . She works part time and doesn’t care about how her poor advice impacts her patients. She was the most horrible doctor we’ve ever had and for Toronto sickkids, she definitely doesn’t belong there. Stay clear.

very disappointed with this doctor. Ran over 2 hours late, and after 15 minutes told us she had 2 other patients waiting. Never addressed our issues at all. Worst doctor we have ever experienced.
